The digital download link EXPIRES 48hrs after purchase. This doesn't mean you need to send the photo to be processed within the 48hrs; you just need to download it from the link.
Download photo to your tablet, laptop, or desktop! Yes, you can also download to your phone but please understand, phones will reduce resolution to save storage. So when time comes to have the photo processed, use the photo downloaded to your tablet, desktop, or laptop.
If you allow your link to expire before downloading, there is a fee of $4.99 to receive a new link because this will not have to be done manually. If your link expires prior to downloading, please follow these steps: (a) submit $4.99 payment via PayPal (clarkopsva@gmail.com) or Venmo (@ClarkOps); (b) forward your expired link to clarkopsva@gmail.com; (c) expired links will be processed during evening hours during the week.
